Maria's Lunch - Allergen Information

Marla’s Lunch does not inspect vendor facilities for cross contamination nor does the Marla’s Lunch ordering website contain a complete list of ingredients in each food item. Marla’s also suggests that if you are concerned about food allergies or any potential problematic situations pertaining to food, please contact the food vendors, restaurants or food companies directly.

The Oak Grove PTO does not participate in nor does it have any direct knowledge of or decision-making authority over how any food sold through Marla’s Lunch is prepared, handled, packaged or transported.  However, it is the Oak Grove PTO’s understanding that the facilities where lunches are prepared are not food allergen or gluten-free. Marla’s Lunch food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond the vendors’ reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food that they serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without Marla’s knowledge.

The Oak Grove PTO urges caution when ordering and parties should do their own due diligence. Parties ordering food through Marla’s Lunch shall do so at their own risk.  By ordering Marla’s Lunch, parties agree that the PTO shall not be held liable or responsible for any allergic reactions or illnesses suspected to be caused by consumption of or contact with food provided by Marla’s Lunch.  Customers with food allergies or other nutritional concerns are advised to contact Marla’s Lunch for any questions regarding these concerns.
