About Oak Grove

New Student Registration

All new student registrations at Oak Grove School begin with contacting the front office at 847-367-4120 or by writing to the School Registrar, Michelle Mercurio. Once some preliminary information has been exchanged, you will be sent login credentials to be able to complete the online registration process. If you encounter any issues during the online process, please contact Dave Huber for assistance.

If you have a new student to register, please visit our pre-registration page. If you have not already reached out to our registrar, please do so before pre-registering, or as soon as possible afterwards.

Returning Student Registration

All returning families are provided login credentials and instructions to complete online registration each year, usually in May of the school year about to end. If you believe you should have received registration instructions, please contact School Registrar Michelle Mercurio for assistance.

McKinney-Vento Program

If your family is experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness, please visit the McKinney-Vento Program webpage to learn about available resources. For additional support, contact Student Services Director Angela Phillips.

Before You Go: Make Sure You'll Get Our Messages

New Oak Grove families — before you close this tab, take two minutes to set up your communication preferences. Schools send a lot of important email (BrightArrow bulletins, closings, field trip notices) and text alerts, and getting these reliably depends on a few small setup steps on your end.

The guide covers spam-filter whitelisting for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, Xfinity and more, plus the one-time text opt-in that unlocks emergency SMS alerts.
