Katie Yarc

Katie Yarc started her student teaching at Oak Grove in August of 2000 and was hired full time in December of 2000. Mrs. Yarc earned her Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education at Barat College in 2000 and her Masters in Teaching and Leadership from St. Xavier College in 2006. Mrs.Yarc started her journey at Oak Grove working with talented and gifted students in 3rd - 8th grades. Over the years, Mrs.Yarc also taught social studies in 6th, 7th and 8th grade. Mrs. Yarc's passion for curriculum motivated her take on a new role at OGS as an Instructional Coach. As an Instructional Coach she partners with teachers to meet the needs of all students so that they can reach their full potential.
