Mitch Picchiotti is a passionate and enthusiastic educator who believes that every child is capable of excellence. Mr. Picchiotti takes his life experiences and love of social science and civics to guide his students toward understanding the world around them. On his time off, you might find Mr. Picchiotti hiking (he has climbed Mt. Baldy in New Mexico), practicing Iai Tate Do (Japanese swordsmanship), or patiently awaiting the return of the McLaughlin Group. He has a bachelor's degree in history from Roosevelt University and is pursuing a graduate degree in educational technology from Concordia University.
