Patrick Potter

Mr. Potter is from Des Plaines, Illinois and attended Maine West High School. He studied history and social sciences education at Illinois State University, where he was an active member marching and pep bands. After graduating, Mr. Potter was a paraprofessional at Maine West for two years. In 2015, he moved to Yuma, Arizona, where he taught 8th grade social studies at Centennial Middle School until 2020. He also coached softball, girls' and boys' basketball, and flag football. Mr. Potter has taught at Oak Grove since 2020. He earned a master's degree in teacher leadership in 2022 and coaches the 8th grade girls' basketball team every fall.
