Becky Honaker

Focusing on the whole child, Mrs. Honaker is an educator who cares deeply about both the emotional and academic growth of our Kindergartners. She loves to see the students' growth from the beginning of year, as youngsters who are brand new to Oak Grove, to the amazing children they develop into.

Mrs. Honaker has been teaching Kindergarten since 2000, starting her educational career in Lake Forest. She is so happy to have been at Oak Grove School since joining our staff in 2017. She has her Elementary Education degree from Knox College, and her Masters in Interdisciplinary Studies of Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University. Along the way, she also obtained her Gifted Education Certificate, as well as her Art Education Endorsement.
