Michelle Hill

Mrs. Hill brings 16 years of teaching experience to the classroom. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Middle Level Education from Illinois State University and later pursued a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about classroom teaching, spending several years working with fifth and seventh graders before joining the fourth grade team at Oak Grove. This year, she’s excited to focus on math and science, bringing energy and expertise to her new role. Mrs. Hill’s teaching philosophy is simple yet powerful: to be the kind of teacher she would want for her own children.
